You could submit an unofficial score for now. But endeavour to submit the official score shortly after.

I see a section of "Accomplishments and Responsibilities" that has a character limit of 4000. Should I detail out on every aspect? or 5-6 bullets each for responsibilities and accomplishments will work? help here would be appreciated a lot for more context: I am talking about the work-experience segment

That’s approximately 600-700 words. Suggested that you stick to max 4-6 bullets in descending order of importance (or impact). A crisp, clear language rather than waffling would be better. Try to plant outcomes with use of numbers / data.
