I am having issues with the personal tab in the Kellogg FT 2016 R1 application portal. After I click on the next tab, "interview", the page hangs and stays on the personal page for a good amount of time. Refreshing the page does not help as I lose my information from before. Has anyone seen anything similar? I am using chrome for windows 10.

Yes, I figured it out that I was deleting permanent address as my mailing and permanent addresses were same. Once I kept both of them, everything was fine. Probably a bug in their application system.

1. Is there any technical support email ID available for seeking support on technical issues in the application? Or do we have to mail on the admissions ID only? My recommender is not able to receive the recommendation request mail.

2. Where in the online application are you guys putting your internships (if any)?

1 - Ask the admissions ID. Also, it's beside the fact, but why have you waited so long to realize that the recommender didn't receive the e-mail? Are you certain they didn't? Could you resend?

2. None - the application asks for professional full-time experience.

Thanks for the reply buddy. But I hope you realize that recommendation is one application element that isn't in a candidate's control!
The recommender completed the recommendation, only then asked me to send the request. I sent and resent twice. But he still hasn't received any mail. And yes, he has confirmed this.

It happened in case of Harvard as well. Apparently mail servers of large organizations block such mails. Thankfully in case of Harvard, they had a prompt system to deal with such technical issues.

I understand, I'm sorry if that sounded rude, I didn't mean it that way. I remember the first thing I did when I registered my account for application was to send the request to my recommenders.

Oddly... 1 of my recommenders received all my applications except Stanford's... we had to work around it..

And to answer my own question; there are quite a lot of dates available in October. Looks like the Kellogg team have thoughtfully arranged for a Saturday interview too (October 31, if I remember right). I am just excited to have a chance to go back to Illinois! :)

Congrats on submitting! Sorry for not getting back sooner, I was running to catch a bunch of flights. When I checked a yesterday, there were lots of dates in Evanston, pretty much everyday of the week at all times.

Cheers and good luck to everyone! Remember, video essays are due before the 29th next week (I'm pretty sure)!
