1 - Ask the admissions ID. Also, it's beside the fact, but why have you waited so long to realize that the recommender didn't receive the e-mail? Are you certain they didn't? Could you resend?
2. None - the application asks for professional full-time experience.
Thanks for the reply buddy. But I hope you realize that recommendation is one application element that isn't in a candidate's control!
The recommender completed the recommendation, only then asked me to send the request. I sent and resent twice. But he still hasn't received any mail. And yes, he has confirmed this.
It happened in case of Harvard as well. Apparently mail servers of large organizations block such mails. Thankfully in case of Harvard, they had a prompt system to deal with such technical issues.
