So all phone interview requests are sent in one bunch? If yes, I think the road pretty much ends here for me.

I really can't imagine that that is true. It's not like a mass e-mail. They need to individually review and call people.

I so hope thats true!

Just a quick question. Do you send the application payment after finishing Part 1 or Part 2?

Do they interview reapplicants interviewed last year?

AFAIK, re-applicants can request to use their previous interview feedback if they wish. This question comes in part#1 of the app where you ask for an interview appointment.

thedarklard, rephrasing my question:

If reapplicants request for a reinterview, can adcom waive the interview requirement and make a final acceptance offer without any interview - On campus/ off campus/ telephonic; completely basing their decision on last year's interview feedback.

I'm 99% sure it doesn't work that way. Never know any re-applicant who got an admission in the fashion you just mentioned (based on 2010 trend). Perhaps the current students or alums (jerz, riverripper) could throw some light on this question.

Disclaimer: I don't know for a fact how this would work so this is just my opinion. My intuition tells me that if a re-applicant requested a new interview and subsequently received a waiver (in the course of normal waiver granting), the process from there would be the same as for a first-time applicant (ie. if the adcom wants to talk they'll schedule a phone interview). If you requested a new interview, I can't imagine you would get 'stuck' relying on last year's interview just because of a waiver.

I really don't think this happens frequently enough that there's a stated policy, it's probably handled on a case-by-case basis by the adcom.

I got in the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (it was still November). My bet is that right after Thanksgiving the first admits start rolling out.

Do they normally call admits? Also, when is deposit due?

If you are admitted you will get a call from admissions. Deposit isn't due until after DAK. I don't remember the exact date, but you will have plenty of time.

so they also personally call international applicants who have been admitted as well?

Kellogg doesn't call. It is mentioned on their website.

Sounds logical.... thanks

Hey everyone,

A press release went out yesterday revealing the location of Kellogg's future building. Looks like it'll have a lakeside view and it will be next to the Allen Center (EMBA building)

From the release "Said Kellogg Dean Sally Blount, “This site will unify our anchor campus in Evanston, and serve as a foundation for our global network in the 21st century. The design process is underway, and we’re accelerating our fundraising efforts.”

Hmm...design process underway. I'm guessing 2013 completion at earliest. Anyone else want to speculate?
