Just thought I'd share.

I'm from the Philippines and was interviewed a couple of weeks back by an alumnus.
I enjoyed it in general as he was more than excited to talk about his experiences in Kellogg as he was to interview me. Of course, there are always things that could've gone better.
At the end he mentioned that he would love to see me get in but he's not the adcom so wouldn't really know what kind of competition was out there. Even said he might email me should he forget/need any more detail. I told him that was great of him.
Afterwards I emailed to thank him for his time and told him to feel free to ask should he have any questions. He replied that he had already submitted my report and he wishes me luck regardless of the outcome. Reflecting back, could that have been some test on integrity? HAHA. I mean I was just happy and wasn't looking for any unfair advantage at all but now I wonder if I shouldn't have heeded. Hope I'm just being paranoid? :S
