the phone interview is required to be completed by Dec 7th.
very stressful...
when are you going to be interviewed?

For two years ago, it's tough to tell when the first admit was but it looks like it was Wednesday, December 3. Also eerily similar to today! And calls do seem to go out primarily in the late afternoon.
At the same time, it seems as though in years past very few admits came out during the first few days, and so for most of us, even if we get in it may not happen right away.
