1. Did they communicate interview via email ?
2. Is the interview blind (interviewer will not have access to app only resume) ?
3. Are the interviewers MBA2s ?

interviewer can be a student, alum, or member of Adcom

last year, interviewers only had access to your resume

If its an alum you will know who the interviewer is. Because, as far as I know, you will have to reach out to them yourself to set up an interview time

if its with a member of adcom, as far as I know, you will be asked to schedule a time on the portl and you wont know who exactly is going to interview you (as in which member of the adcom)

not sure how it goes if a student is going to interview you. In most cases, I think its either an alum or Adcom but I maybe wrong.

1 day turnaround from the date of submitting video essays seems sus to me - if they have actually read all the app materials

or maybe they liked someone looking purely from hard stats perspective and called them to interview before reviewing their materials - I know Yale does that and is quite open about it

interviews are blind. only resume with yor interviewer + kellogg interviews a lot of applicants so interview invites so early are not uncommon and interview invites later are also not uncommon

Haha, yes let me give the adcom a call so they know to invite theshankman.
Jokes apart, Kellogg sends out invites on a rolling basis and does not have a specific date to let you know. So keep your fingers crossed and wait for the coming weeks

Looking at Clearadmit stats from last year - it seems they have rolled out interview invites all the way until Early November. :|
