I'm preparing to submit my Kellogg application this weekend. I have a quick question about the video essay submission deadline. The website states, "Video essays are due 96 hours after the application deadline."

If I submit my application with payment completed on September 10th, can I still submit the video essays by September 14th, even though the R1 application deadline is September 13th? Or do I get time till September 17th in any case?
Please clarify if my understanding needs to be corrected.

I attended the webinar and they said that this year all of them are random

Yes, I did. And I heard from the admission committee that the first two questions are fixed and the third one is different.

in this years session itself? haah so surprising they are telling mixed thinfs

I just did mine and they were slightly different. The “tell me about yourself” remained but they didn’t ask the “why Kellogg” question.

What were the questions you got?

If you could share your questions, it will be of immense help.

Don’t expect the exact same questions but I would imagine they would be similar:
1. Introduce yourself to the ADCOM.
2. Tell us about a time you went outside your comfort zone.
3. Tell us about your leadership style.

Thanks! Did you wear a suit or was it casual?!? I’m about to submit my application but freaking out lol

I didn’t see any guidance on the website, so I erred on the side of formal and went with a suit.
Such a relief once you hit submit!! I’m sure it’ll be the best package you could’ve done!

Hey guys! Now that the deadline for R1 is in just two days, i want you all to wish the best of luck and give a word of caution:
1. Go to the last page of your application now and see if you are able to save the application (please do not submit incomplete application). Some people reported that there has been a glitch in the application portal. If you identify any such scenario, drop the email to the Kellogg admissions team and let them know the first thing. Also, share the details here so that other people can be careful.
2. Double check all your application material - do not specify the name of any other B-school in Kellogg's application.
3. Do not miss to fill any part of the application.
4. Have faith in yourself and trust the process.
5. If you face ANY kind of issues while submitting the application, post a query here. People are responsive and you could get some quick help.
