last interview invite update on Clear Admit for 2023 R1 is Nov 3 so I think we can hold out for this week

This is my first time applying to b schools so pardon my ignorance but why males with 99 centile in GMAT and exceptional profile are getting rejected and are not getting even interview invites in top school whereas many females i know through groups and forums are getting invites and infact receiving admits despite average profile and low GMAT scores .does it is compulsory in usa to make class 50 :50 ? Won’t it compromise the quality in the class if many students who have low academics and low GMAT get into the program ? If there is a compulsion on schools ,then I think it’s better I apply in t 50 programs im round 2.I hope maybe they would understand the struggle of disabled people like me and
take disable people like me with some scholarship atleast.

anyone still waiting for interview invites? Adcom told me that invites may come 8 weeks after deadline which mean we still have around 10 days.

32M, top US engineering undergrad, 7 yoe, 715 GMAT FE, non-IT tech, top engineering firm, strong international experience, founder of 2 non-profits, AND I’m still waiting
