I think it depends on who is interviewing. If its an alum it can range based on the time at hand. I had with an adcom and it felt like 30 mins was the limit she wanted to close on, she mentioned too when starting. 25-50 mins is the range based on the persons availability is my guess.
can you let us know what questions were asked, if you don't mind

Yes sure-

1. Tell me about yourself
2. Little cross question on resume
3. short and long term goals
4. plan B?
5. why mba
6. why kellogg
7. how will you contribute to kellogg
8. tmat you failed
9. tmat project you are most proud of
10. leadership style?
10. anything else you wanna share?
What kind of cross question is it typically?

why now, how does your short-term tie to long-term, what if Plan A doesn’t work, or even deeper dives into any line on your resume. They often pick a point you mention and push like if you say you led a project, they’ll ask how you handled conflict or measured impact. Basically, anything you claim, be ready to defend with examples.
The number one quality they look for in candidates: Self-awareness.
The entire MBA application process is designed to test this very quality.

40 mins interview with a 2nd year student. Pretty chill !!

- Walk me through your resume ?
- Describe change of responsibilities between your promotions
- Short term, long term goal
- Alternate plan
- Why MBA now, Why Kellogg
- Most proud professional achievement
- Time when you had to flexible with outcome
- Leadership style
- If your colleagues had to say three words for you, which those would be
- Describe a time when you moulded yourself as per feedback
- Biggest Strength
- Any questions for me
Hey, thanks for your reply. I wanted to ask about the “Why MBA” answer.
Do you think it works better to frame it around the *inflection point* one is feeling in their current role, or should one directly start with “I want an MBA because I want *to do X* post-MBA, and for that I need the degree?
What’s the suggested approach?
