Is there a rolling if one doesn't get accepted to MMM, can I apply for MBA in R2 ? For my profile MMM seems far-fetched, but I really love the idea. 
Do you have any examples of finance guys getting into?

Pretty sure you can only get into one program. I would think your background is fine as long as your motivation makes sense for "why".

Unfortunately I chose to apply to MBA only, though MMM is much closer to me in spirit, but I really want to get into Kellogg and didn't want to be dinged from MMM (neither do I want to get dinged from MBA, but chances are still better there).

I think you can expect a similar interview as with the Kellogg 2Y Program. I did not get any MMM specific questions. Very conversational, though.

Interesting. Where did you get the stat about MMM being more competitive? Kellogg seemed to indicate they are the same.

Those who got accepted in R1 & MMM students/alums - any suggestions for the video essay and the interview? Are they specific to MMM program or will the questions be general to Kellogg??

Video essay - nothing specific; you should find this out with minimal research, but one question is the same for every student (and is shared on the FAQ) and the other is a general ice breaker question. I honestly believe this is Kellogg's way to make sure you are a presentable human that won't make the school look bad when recruiting or repping the brand later.

Interview - they didn't specifically ask me any why MMM, but you would be absolutely foolish to not make your answers to the general common questions (why Kellogg? what are your goals?) specific to how the MMM is the only way you get to your final goal, etc...

Thanks for the tips. Got done with my video essays. Yeah I knew about the second one from the school website and the first one turned out to be quite a straightforward, simple one - so good on that too.

Will remember the advice during the interviews.

Finished my interview today on-campus. It went well (in my opinion), very casual -- with a current 2Y student. Now the wait begins. Anyone know what the statistics are for the MMM program in terms of acceptance rate? This thread has been awfully quiet, not enough GMATClubbers applying for the MMM program or just using the regular thread?

well roughly 60/600 applicants so thats like 1 in 10 , but MMM applicants tend to have really really good stats so its harder if your score is <720

this is just a rough estimate
