Is that 6% of people on the waitlist already? Or like 6% as opposed to the 22% acceptance rate over all (So like 27% ish of people accepted come in off the WL??)

I cannot imagine that anywhere near 25% of the entering class at Kellogg comes in from off the waitlist. My guess is the number is closer to 6%, but I also question whether using the GMATClub stats is reliable due to sample size and the self-reporting aspect of it.
The consultant seems to be talking about the experience he has had with his clients - and, of course, he'd love you to become one.
I'm a R2 waitlisted candidate, from reading the FAQ's on the website they'll let us know by R3, but being an international candidate, do you guys think that It'll be possible to process visas on such short notice ?

Called school and was told that international students should not worry too much about visa as decision for us would be generally announced by R3 deadline

Hi all! I was wandering if I'm planing to send an update in my application… Should I wait till after they send the WL acceptance email? What does people do/recommend? Thanks!
It's been pretty quiet since R2 decisions came out.
Apparently an update will be coming in the next two weeks.

Thanks for the information. Perhaps they are comparing the wait list pool to R3 applicants to round out the class? There was a good P&Q article about various schools' wait lists (Kellogg wasn't included), and this seems to be a one of the primary uses of the wait list for Harvard.
