An excerpt from the interview email reads “Interviews will be conducted until November 15, 2024. In-person interviews are highly preferred, but if you live outside of Southern California, the virtual option is available.” So I guess it’s safe to assume that if no invite is received by the week of Nov 11, it’s probably a waitlist or a ding.

Did anyone schedule an in-person interview and get instructions on where to go? I booked mine for this week, but got a zoom invite (despite booking in-person) and no other instructions. Wanted to check if it comes late before reaching out to AdCom.

I did in-person - When I booked my time slot, I got a calendar invite with the location of the interview on campus attached and I was sent a visitor QR code for when I arrive on campus. You should reach out to them because it sounds like you may have misclicked or there's some other error, I'm not sure. I definitely did not get a zoom link.
