You severely underestimate how many applications they get

as a Talent Recruiter, if I review tons of resume for a single role, i will still find loopholes even with similar background

But should they employ such technique of just seeing your resume and score? For me no No LOR is fine as most LORs are on expected lines But they should have 1-2 essays

No yea so i was asking solely from EQ pov.. Resume n score dont show that Professional + Personal defines who you are Resume + Score ticks professional storyline not personal thats where essay' comes but i guess i get the answer.. there is no way in USC application to express that. They are not asking for it
