So i am a reapplicant from round 2 this year in jan, got my wailist decision around 2 am last time, ppl started getting offers around 1:30 am IST. thats about 30 mins from now. good luck to all

Hmmm... I don't think all decisions have been posted (at least I'm still awaiting mine). I still have the same message I received back in September when I first submitted my application:

"Attention: Your file has been forwarded to the Graduate Committee for review.
Each individual graduate program sets its own schedule for reviewing application files. You should consult the graduate coordinator in the program to which you have applied to determine when decisions will be made.

As soon as a decision is made on your application, it will be posted on this page, and you will be notified by email."
