I was in the same boat round 1. I had to turn down Ross because they gave me a $20K scholarship and refused to negotiate.

I am also trying to understand whether to accept Ross or not. Just waiting for the acceptance letter to come and see if there is any scholarship amount mentioned in it. The total cost of attendance (tuition, food, housing, etc.) for Ross MBA is almost equal to 2 Cr INR and I can't seriously take up such a huge loan.
