Thanks @919602996689 for offering to help!!
Hey folks! I got a post-interview waitlist at Michigan Ross in R2. Can anyone here help me with a few questions?
1. Typically, what percentage of admission offers in R2 are declined at Ross?
2. How likely am I to get an offer as an international applicant in R3?
3. What can I do to improve my chances? My GMAT FE score was 705. I had a good interview. My only concern is my low GPA.
There might be a chance.
1.Declined offers in R2 at Ross
No exact data, but might consider that less% of admitted students, decline their R2 offers.
Rightly said, yield management and scholarships influence this number.
2.Chances as an international applicant in R3
Since you're already on the waitlist, your chances are better than a new R3 applicant.
3.How to Improve Your Chances
Send updates – Promotions, new projects, awards,
GMAT score(already great)Get a Letter of Support – From an alum, current student, or professional contact.
Address Low GPA – Provide context if not already explained.
Demonstrate Commitment – Attend events, engage with students, and send a continued interest letter.
Wishing you the BEST, good luck
