Quick question... do waitlisted candidates also get a call if they get accepted?

I think so. There should be some movement on the waitlist because I know more than a dozen students who were admitted in round 1 but decided to go elsewhere. I am one of them.

Ahh makes sense Thanks But I am not hoping much 🙈 Because I read somewhere that majority folks get off the waitlist after round 3 (either accepted or rejected)

I saw most of the guys received call or zoom are international applicants. if my residential address is California but permanent address is East Asia, will the Adcom consider me as a US applicant ? no call right now so kinda frustrated
