In the case of family business who would write LOR however. What would the school prefer?
I think someone asked this question in the 1:1 session suring the Spotlight Fair... They advised to get an LOR from your clients rather than from family members

Client who are taking ur services and can give a positive feedback

If I have given GMAT
Is it necessary to give IELTS also?

My 10+2+4 education was in the English medium.

You can take from clients who are paying you for your services... but all in all it is better to just confirm this with the admissions team either by directly mailing them or attending one of their Q&A sessions

The rules vary from school to school... I suggest you just check whether English Proficiency is required for the schools you are planning to apply to

For Ross... I got this from their site

If your native language is not English, you must demonstrate your proficiency in English.

If you have completed an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution where the sole language of instruction was English, you are exempt from the English proficiency requirement.

Key points from yesterday’s webinar:

1. Applications will open by the end of this month. A tentative date wasn’t provided though.
2. Anyone joining any virtual session will be eligible for the Application Fee Waiver
3. There is a new AI concentration coming up at Ross. This will be announced in sometime and will be available for the Fall 2026 term. It is not yet clear whether this will be a STEM concentration or not, will get clarity once they officially announce it. Currently, the only STEM concentration is in Management Science.
4. There isn’t a recording of the session, but Ross conducts multiple sessions like this every week and you can join one of these sessions in the future.
