You want to stick to a 1 page resume unless you are a PhD applicant. It is a pretty big faux pas to have a multi page one.

It is always preferred to have a single page resume. Keep in mind the admission officers scan your resume for about 10 seconds and you have to create a good impression in those 10 seconds.

You need not follow all the points to the dot. These are just suggestions and based on these you can decide what points you want to highlight on your resume in the 1 page you have.

Also we had a good success for our resume workshop past Sunday in my social work initiative to help people in batches of 10-20 members for free. Thanks for the GMATClub members.

I’m planning on dedicating one hour on weekends for essay writing if anyone needs it. We do have Ross covered in the mix if anyone needs specific instructions or something

But I’ve still not received any info of partnership so I can further look into it. Instances like that can create unnecessary friction and our behaviour is what will define our MBA applications so need to be at our best at all times.

What is the criteria for deferring an admission?
Does the financial burden count as a reason for the deferral?
And, if deferred does the scholarship given by the college propagate to the next year?

Deferral requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are rarely granted. Requests to defer admission should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A detailed explanation of the request and appropriate documentation are required.

You should have a very compelling reason for the request. What counts as a compelling reason can be subjective and I cannot say for sure... but financial burden in my opinion isn’t a compelling reason... something like visa being rejected or a major illness that renders you incapable of travel might work

Scholarships are generally tied to the particular academic year... you will be reconsidered for scholarships the next year but the current scholarship won’t carry forward

Also u got to be extra strategic
With uncertainty
Many and many more will push for deferring and schools will not be able to grant it to most of the requesters.
