Many admits do engage in scholarship discussions after deposit and before the final commitment deadline. It’s not guaranteed and leverage is lower in R3 but it’s not prohibited and schools themselves plan for this during yield management. There is a difference between how admissions should work v/s how admissions actually works.

Hey, Do you guys have some idea if a school allow you to defer the admission, does it also carry-forward the scholarship.

Focus on instances where you showcased leadership under a challenging situation, dealing with diversity, how you manage failure and learn from it, and lastly how does MBA fit into your life goals now Deferrals do happen every year but for that you need to put in a request first and generally gets accepted if made on legitimate grounds. Scholarship however in most likelihood will not be forwarded as it is based on that year’s aid fund.

Guys! Applied in R2 and still haven't heard back anything about the interview. Any chances for the interview invites?
