I just introduced myself and said I was matched with them for my interview. Then I reiterated the date I chose in the portal, gave a range of times I could do, and asked if they have a preference of which video platform to use.

Did you not get your invite last week? Seems a little late to be sending the scheduling email since most invites went out last Wednesday.

Good day, everyone. Is it necessary to email adcom if someone didn't get an invite and someone had submitted application earlier before the round 2 deadline.

Hello <insert name>,
I hope you’re doing well. My name is XYZ, and I’m a prospective applicant to the Full-Time MBA program at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
The admissions committee informed me that I’ve been matched with you for an interview scheduled on <date>. I wanted to check what time on that date would work best for you. I’m happy to align with your availability.
If another date works better for you, I’m flexible and happy to adjust. Please also let me know your preferred video conferencing platform, and I can schedule the call accordingly.
I look forward to speaking with you.

Check where most of the companies based where you would like to work in future? Why US would fuel your growth and how it will make the transformational leader that you want to become? Why US provide that eco system that no other country can provide? How Alumni of that school has done better than any peer from other countries or schools!

Schools had been advising international applicants against applying after Round 2 even before last year. Now, visa slots are becoming even harder to come by. The likelihood is almost zero.

U should def apply and defer it if u get in and visa doesn’t happen.
Additionally u can use ross offer to negotiate for $$ with schools u may have got in R1/R2.

A friend showed ross offer to M7 n got 30k in $$ from M7.

Ross is a strong admit and can be strategically be leveraged either as an admit or as a fishbait.

It’s not only about an admit but having and collecting cross-offers.

By the time Round 3 results are released, you would have already committed to the school, so negotiation doesn’t really work. Additionally, schools prefer to admit students who are able to attend if offered a seat. The option to defer only comes after an admit.

Dude people have literally paid 1st deposits of 2-3 schools and still applied to R2 and banking on it.
In this economy its more about $$ than a mere admit.

Doesn't mean that you can negotiate after committing to the school.
