Hi can anyone briefly explain the benefit of a STEM MBA from USA and what are the prerequisites for applying for a STEM MBA ?

There are no prerequisites. STEM MBA gives you 3 year work visa ie OPT post graduation.

For me, I submitted it on Sunday and heard back on Monday (which was quite strange since they said it takes 15 working days)

I submitted on Aug 21 n Ross reverted me on August 30

GMAT up from 711 to 720.
GRE from 317 to 320
Another insight from class of 2023 at Ross is International numbers still remain low at 28% while Fuqua and Columbia nearly touched 50%
