Hi guys.

I've just discovered this topic. I've applied in R1. I did the EA and got 152. A friend of mine is studying at Sloan Fellows now and he told me that some of his classmates, who took EA, were accepted with scores between 143 to 155.

I took more than a month to prepare my application, dedicating some hours per week. It was very hard to conciliate the application preparation and studies for EA with my job and my family, but I succeeded. Now I'm very anxious whether I will be invited for interview.

Is anyone intending to do the interview on Campus? Do you think is there difference?

I will share with you if I receive any updates from MIT.

Regards.

6 more days to go. 29th Oct- Interview Invites will be released.

Are they travelling to Brazil for R1 interviews ?

Hi Ash, how do you know that interviews will be released on October 29th?

It was mentioned in email of MIT which they sent after application submission. They will also travel to some cities but no details of cities. How do you know about Sao Paulo visit ?

thanks

Is this true? I can't believe they would admit someone with less than 150. This is great news though. Although the profile must be exceptional, I suppose.

I don't think there is any difference doing the interview on campus; it makes a difference if you've been to campus prior to that and met with alumni, faculty and explored the campus in general.

I think that those accepted people with EA score less than 150 should have some differential points in their experience.

They must have yes. I hope I do have some as well. Doing competitive tests is not my forte.

Hi there. I’m from Japan, working in the governmental bank, 11 years work experience, currently VP in corporate planning division, managing core aspects of company (develop strategy/plan, strategic M&A and alliances, deciding resource allocation ). Took EA 156, GMAT 630.
I’ve heard from current student that test score is just an indicator, work experience is quite important in this program. I believe it’s true because his score was EA 144.

Nothing yet.

Last Thursday they started to release the invitations to the 2-year MBA after lunch time, so I believe it will be the same for Sloan Fellows.

Best luck to all.
