You can expect to hear from us again with an update by the date that Round 2 final decisions are sent in April 2023. - I would assume theres an update on April 3rd per their main website

For the R2 Result, will the adcom call us prior the portal update on 3th April 5pm ET, or they don't call and only will update our status in the portal?
