Anyone on waitlist provide an update letter? I attached my letter as PDF and in the text box indicated that a letter was attached (didn’t repaste the letter into the text box). Does that format work or do they use what is in the text box vs the attachment as a part of the review?

Also - any sense on chance of admission for someone who interviewed R1, waitlisted after interview, provided update letter, and received two letters of support from current Sloan students?

I heard from a current student that Sloan prefers letters of support from Sloanies. But at the end of the day, getting acceptance from WL depends on your bucket (demographic, current work experiences, etc.) and how many people have accepted/declined the acceptance offer.

There is no way to determine how many people from your bucket have declined or plan to decline Sloan’s offer so that you move up the ladder and get an offer. There will be some movement in WL after next week once the final results are out, and some people prefer to join other schools.
