The MIT Sloan MBA program is comparatively small, which offers advantages to both students and faculty, but it also creates an extremely difficult admissions process. In selecting so few from a relatively large and well-qualified group, we must necessarily turn away many strong applicants.

I realize this news comes as a disappointment. However, I do hope that you will accept our best wishes for your future success.

i feel like ****, expecting a decision from a school this month, and i am having bad thoughts already. thats even my safety school. i also dont know if i will like to go there if i get accepted. this struggle is difficult

Can be an option, I am thinking of retaking the test too.

Given Sloan’s class is small, the conversation rate for the waitlist without an interview is tiny. So, I am not sure how needle will move with the waitlist update.
