I do not think so. I copied the following from the WL decision letter. Seems like WL w/o without interview applicants would not be hearing back today.

"While we cannot predict if we will be able to invite you for an interview, you can expect to hear from us again with an updated decision by the date that Round 3 interview invites are sent in April."
