I was initially waitlisted in Round 1 without an interview, and I later submitted 3 updates highlighting academic, professional, and personal/extra-curricular developments since my application. However, I was waitlisted again in Round 2.
Is there anything else I can do to get off the waitlist at this point?
Being waitlisted twice without an interview suggests that while your profile is strong, the adcom may have reservations or be waiting to see how the class shapes up. Since you've already submitted 3 meaningful updates(great job) and we see that you are already working Letter of Support from an alum/ senior professional, it shall be good. If you have any other substantial new achievements (promotion, a major project, industry recognition, or an improved test score), another brief but impactful update could help. Avoid repetitive updates that don’t add new value. Consider connecting with current students, alumni, or attending Sloan events. You can receive positive movement after demonstrating continued interest in a thoughtful way.
All the very best
