Best to do it exactly that way. I have heard Adcom specially go out and mention on podcasts that they are specifically asking for it to be that way as it’s easier for them to interpret.

I attended one of their school event, and they were specific with it. Also applicant lab shares the same guidelines for this one

Hey I’m not sure if for the MIT Sloan resume, education needs to be on top or work experience? Any guidance here?

Yes. Please start with Education first. And then the work experience They do not use enforceable language on the app - hence maybe confusion - but in events/podcasts - they make it clear they’d like it a certain way and it’s how they’ve prescribed on the app.
