307 GRE (verbal needs a lot of work), 3.14 GPA in Construction Management (strong GPA in quant courses, some engineering some business focus). I have an extensive community service resume and my recommendation writers are well aware of my story and have been apart of my career and community service milestones.

I truly believe my GRE score is what’s holding me back from being accepted. I am hiring a Manhattan Prep private tutor, but won’t take another official exam until final decisions have already been made.

Gotcha. Community Involvement goes a long way, and even better if you get the managers to write you recommendation letters. Good luck on the retake!

Note to All Wait Listed/Rejected

Hi Everyone,

As the 2018 MLT application season winds down, some of us were accepted to MLT (Major Kudos!) while others were wait listed/rejected.

If you're still hellbent on getting accepted into a top program, I've created a whatsapp group so we can all bounce ideas off of each other to get off of the wait list or make our applications stronger if you were flat out rejected by MLT (Unfortunately I fall into the latter category :/)

https://chat.whatsapp.com/BtlGccA7k6P9MgTeYrfDXn

Either way, good luck everyone!

Does everyone receive an invite for the digital interview? Also, does anyone know how long it usually takes to hear back from MLT after completing the digital interview?

Hey!
Yes, it’s a mandatory part of the application process. It should be between 6-8 weeks of the interview that you get a decision!
Good Luck:)

Are any of you also doing (or have done) the MLT GMAT Coaching Program? I got in with a <650 and need to retake, but wondering if it's worth it vs. other prep courses.

I applied 3rd deadline as well and haven't heard back. My guess is that admission decisions will be communicated by the end of next week.

Anyone who applied in 3rd round hear anything yet or know when we are expected to hear back about decisions?

Hello --

I received an email saying that my application was still under review and I would be notified of a decision in late January/early February. This was in reply to an email I sent because I was tired of waiting. Has anyone heard anything about a timeline that is different than this?

I haven't heard back yet but also getting antsy. I saw on one of the application pages that they extended the deadline to around Dec. 15th so I wonder if that pushed everything back a month...

I got the same response in terms of timeline.

For the people who’ve been accepted, have they shared timeline for the seminars? I’m nervous about getting time off and conflicting summer travel plans.
