Calling all NUS Singapore MBA Applicants: 2025 Intake Class of 2027

Hi everyone, can someone please share the list of questions that the recommender has to fill? And can the LOR be submitted after the deadline? Unfortunately my recommender is not reachable and I am a little worried about this situation.

Looks like the questions mentioned here are not applicable for R2 applicants.

These are the questions that I was asked for the essays, all being mandatory:

• How have people, events, and/or situations in your life influenced who you are today? (250 words)
• How do you plan to spend your time on The NUS MBA to transform yourself personally & professionally? Briefly describe your experience to date, and how this and The NUS MBA can help you achieve your mid and long term career goals. (250 words)
• Describe a situation where you turned a challenging personal or professional scenario into an opportunity for success, detailing how your insights, adaptability, and decision-making skills played a crucial role. (250 words)

Hi @abhis.1101 , after completing Stage 2 (Submitting Stage 1, Essays, Scholarship Declaration and Application Fee) of the application process, you’ll receive an email invitation from [email protected] to complete a video assessment. The email will be sent within 1 – 3 working days after the application verification. You can find more information in the official admissions page.

Hi @Shinimx , as the Employment History section says - "Please list all relevant work experience that may help with your application." So, yes you can add these details in this section if you dont have space anywhere else!

Last date for submission (Mostly would be after deadline, just check with the recommender once) of LOR would be mentioned in the email the recommender has received. Only when the recommender submits LOR the application will be processed.
This is what I recollect from NUS admissions team webinar.

i also thought the recommendation has to be submitted within the deadline but my recommender mentioned on mail it has been mentioned as 8th feb.

Better to mail them and check. They respond in a day mostly

Can any of you please tell me if only one recommender is needed or can we/should we get two recommendations for the NUS MBA Application? (the wording on the application is not very clear)

Hey @babyulikeithttps://gmatclub.com:443/forum/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&un=MBAandBeyond , for NUS MBA as it says " requires a minimum of one (1) referee report." So one LOR is good, and if you feel that you have other strong recommendation you can include that as well. Good luck!

Mine was what is your long-term goal and what do you plan to achieve this?

How many questions were there? Is it similar to Kira assessment of other schools like IESE and Oxford?

Hey @abhis.1101 ! You’ll have access to a practice recording, after which you will be required to answer one interview question. For the interview question, you can make two attempts with a 2-minute prep time and up to 3 minutes for each recording. The assessment must be completed in one sitting and will take approximately 10 minutes. Please complete the video assessment within 7 days of the email invitation. Completion of the video assessment is required to move forward in the admissions process. This info. is given in the official website.

Also, please don’t worry you will get questions related to work exp. (challenges, diversity, learnings, impact created, leadership) | Life experiences, strengths, weakness, about yourself, school values, fit, aspirations. Be calm as you get time to prepare as well. Good luck everyone!

How long does it take to update/get confirmation email after submitting form and the payment?

I got an email after submitting the first part.
But nothing after submitting essays and the application fee

Can we do the KIRA interview after the 15th Jan deadline but still be considered for round 2 or does it have to be done before the deadline

+1 have the same question... but ideally this should be considered for Round 2
