I did. I think you should email the admissions to see if there was a problem with the process of your application. But I guess you won't get an answer until Monday.

Did you submit your creative essay or mail it in?

My essay 3 was a pdf. Submitted it online.

As much as it sucks not hearing anything, you're not the only one so it's probably just the backlog of applications they are printing and sorting, etc. You submitted successfully by the deadline, so the email will come. They did say "in the coming weeks" in the first acknowledgment email, so it's not outside of the expected range (depending on how you interpret that). I'd say call them around Wednesday of this week if you haven't received it. Or if you're really stressing, put your mind at ease and call them tomorrow. In my experience the people answering the phone at admissions are happy to help.

Just received an invitation to interview. I am a first time applicant. I submitted just after midnight on 11/2 (so really 11/1). I don't want to make people anxiously check their email everyday, but I'm sure this post will do just that.

Congrats! How does your status check webpage show the interview invite?

It changes from the 3-4 sentences about your app being presented to the Admissions Committee and the date grid to: "The Admissions Committee has completed an initial review of your application and would like to invite you to interview at NYU Stern. An interview invitation has been emailed to you, and you can visit the Interview Scheduling Website to schedule your interview. We look forward to meeting you."
