I just took the KIRA assessment for fun and the following are the questions I got

Ohio State Fisher KIRA interview assessment questions

Practice:

* If you could share a meal with anyone who ever lived, who would you choose and why?
* If you could have one superpower, which would you choose and why?
* If you could be any animal, which would you choose and why?
* Tell me about your dream vacation.
* Tell me about one of your hobbies.


Video questions:

Q1. Please share with us your motivations for pursuing the FTMBA program. What is one unique aspect of our program that stands out to you and why?
Q2. Tell us about a time you accomplished a goal that was important to you. Why did you want to accomplish this particular goal and what steps did you take to accomplish it?
Q3. Tell us about a time, either academically or professionally, that you made a unique or “out of the box” suggestion to others on how to improve the way a task was performed or as a new approach to solving a problem. What did you do and was the outcome? Would you have done anything differently, if faced with this problem again?
Q4. Tell us about a time when an authoritative figure or someone close to you criticized your work or skills, either in an academic or professional setting. What was your response, and what strategies from this experience would you use to help you succeed in this program?

Did you receive an invitiation for it, sir? I can see a video interview unchecked in my portal but there is no way to click on it, nor I received any communication from Fisher!
