Received my interview invite yesterday but the slot i got is for 18th November which is the decision date for early round as well. I am not sure how this works as i completed all my checklist items in october which makes me an eligible applicant for early round.

Portal still says reviewing by admission committee after personally asking I send my official score.

To those who received the admit, Congratulations. Can you please share the general guidelines of your recommendation that I can share with my recommenders? I was planning to get it in pointwise format for each of the qualities asked above with anecdotes of where they believe I have displayed those qualities. And then weaknesses at end. Any recommendations from the veterans are highly welcome too. I am planning to coach them this weekend so all insights are deeply appreciated.

3. What challenges do you envisage during your MBA?
4. Tell us about an incident when you worked in a team setting, what challenges do you encounter and how did you deal with them?
5. Tell us about a time when you received a constructive feedback?
