My interview was very conversational. He asked the questions listed, but we both shared our school and work experiences. I also asked the interviewer about his plans post-MBA. All in all, good conversation.

Honestly, I don't think the interview is weighed heavily. I think they are just looking for students that align with their overall principles. Also, making sure there are no red flags...

WHY DO MBAS ASK THIS QUESTION IN THEIR APPLICATION : "If admitted, how do you plan to finance your participation in the program?"

I just want to make sure to fill up this element in a way that it doesn’t harm my application

I'm guessing that there isn't any hype regarding the admissions process because they don't have a staged process. From what I could understand most candidates scheduled an interview on their own which removes the element of surprise of the "Interview call".
I'm sure there must be quite a few applicants because I saw a whole lot of people in the info sessions.
