Got 2 motivation based and 1 competency:

1. How long have you been considering doing an MBA and why now is the right time?

2. Why Oxford over all the other schools you’ve applied to?

3.
Give me an example of a time you faced a conflict while working on a team. How did you handle that?

For written section got this question: How do you describe the color red to someone who can only see in black and white?

Hi all! I'm applying on the stage 4 deadline. Anyone else doing the same?

And would anyone be so kind to shed some light on how much the chance of admittance will be lowered if applying on the final deadline? Thank you so much!!

If they have multiple deadlines then surely then have a limit to acceptance in each cohort. Its not like they will give all the offers away in the first 2/3 cycles. Pretty sure they have a limit to how many they accept depending on their own statistics

thats just my understanding

My competency based question was: Describe a time when your team morale was down and how if affected productivity. What actions did you take to overcome it? What was the outcome?

Hi, do folks know when the interviews are normally conducted for the MBA at Said? and how much time is given between the offer and the interview date?
