The questions are mostly around your goals, why MBA and why Oxford. Also a couple of questions on leadership experience and working within teams
I just got the interview on Monday, also by external interviewer, same questions.

Try to link your story to what Oxford offers... Focus on impact and sustainability, inclusivity etc... The best way to ace it is to be authentic and calm... All the best
