Yeah, you can check past year trends on gmatclub

I’ve read 76% but who knows how accurate that is (or whether I’m in the 24% lol)

Dont worry. Some revert, others feel weird about doing so...feeling it might be crossing bounds. DO send a thank you note..the HBS post interview reflection is a good model to follow. Via whatever contact info you have, Skype, email. I don't think it's a dealbreaker,
but you do want to make yourself memorable, and show how you will treat their prized on campus recruiters.

What are the two motivation based questions?
What competency based questions can be asked?

The motivation questions are on their website. Basically why an MBA, why Oxford etc.
Competency question:
explain a time you had to help a colleague who had received bad feedback.
Explain a time you had conflict at work.

The interesting thing for me was the written question. It was such a random question: Explain the color red to a blind person.

I wrote absolute nonsense I think. And I couldn’t hit the word count of 200. I think I wrote 170.

Thanks.

I took note of my interviewer’s name, looked up her details on the school website and sent her a thank you email the following day. ??‍♀️ just out of courtesy, nothing more. She was very friendly during our conversation and if I get in, I’d look forward to speaking with her more.

Did she revert on the mail?

Why don't you just send a thank you note now? Unless you didn't note who the interviewer was; it's definitely not a deal-breaker but also it wouldn't hurt in any case if you sent a brief thank you note :)

It's blank at the moment...I'm hoping there will be some information after the decisions are released

Same! But haven't really read into it frankly - I think 'thank you' notes are a nice touch but by no means required.

I agree- I haven’t thought much of it either. The people who got responses had different interviewers.

I think it’ll be posted around noon New York time tomorrow ( 6 PM London time) - does that sound right?

Is it mentioned anywhere ? I was thinking GMT 2 PM because interview invites were delivered that time.
