Rice asked their current admits to make a choice to defer and secure their scholarship by May 13, meaning that there will be spots open then, implying that you will be able to get a seat.

They didn’t ask to keep the info confidential so I think it can be shared with you.

Nah no update from RICE, i heard Rice is going to be like mccombs

flooding with rejections and watilists

they both got top applicants this year

this has been a tough year. I know people who have left Cornell to join rice with scholarship. But many seats are supposed to be open up soon as some people will take deferral. Hang on guys. Good luck to all.

No phone call, just email telling me my portal was updated. Met with admission acceptance. I didn’t even take a gmat, it was waived (just filled in numbers on here to be able to submit). [#permalink]

i got a decision this morning, about 9 hours ago now. first just an email saying my portfolio was updated and a few hours later got an email tell me i got in.

My portal was updated quickly but I haven’t got phone call at all. Have my acceptance offered and paid my deposit already though, so I guess I’m good.
