Personally, today's a good litmus test. I'm thinking about submitting some M7 apps round 3. If I don't get an invite today from Ross, I'll probably just save myself the money.

International candidate...nothing as of now

Still nothing, hope definitely waning as it's almost 4 pm local time.

Judging by the fact that no one has received one yet, my personal feeling is that they haven't gone out yet.

That's a fair point, although it seems like our sample size is pretty small. I was re-reading earlier posts on the admissions blog though, and for round 2 they had said "The team is meeting today to review the list of Round 2 interview invitations. We hope to get invitations out by the end of the day." It's possible they are also targeting the end of the day today.

I'm all for the end of day theory, but it's almost 5 pm local time. How much longer are they going to take we reckon (assuming they haven't notified people)?
