Any guesses when decisions will be announced? For R1 last year, it sounds like acceptance calls started for US applicants two days before the 'official' date, and one day before for international applicants.
Assuming they keep that practice, acceptances should go out next Wednesday / Thursday. About a week to go!
Received an email saying that my decision can be accessed on Dec. 19 using Wolverine Access.
"This email is to notify you that the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan has posted your admissions decision for our Full-time MBA Program for the Fall 2015 admit term and will be available for viewing starting Friday, December 19, 2014 at 12:00 PM EST."
Small heart attack when that subject line popped up. Hopefully the calls start a couple days before like last year. Real nerves will start next Wednesday.
Got the same email myself , interesting that they say they have made a decision but it will not be made available for a while. Is this something Ross usually does ?

I wasn't invited for interview so I guess mostly it will be a ding. That could be the only logic behind already posting the decision. Though the link is not coming on umich portal. I guess I have to wait till 19th.
Anyone else receiving the similar email saying that their decision 'WILL BE POSTED' ?

Yes, I got that too. It is funny (and a bit annoying) they made me go through such a painful process to acknowledge what is most likely a ding!
I was interviewed, and I got the same email. I'm guessing it's a ding?
Any other interviewed candidates receive this?

I was interviewed and got it. FWIW, I went through the process last year and got the same exact email 2 weeks before the decision date (in Round 2). And I was admitted, so don't be so pessimistic!
No, I am near-certain getting the note does not automatically mean ding - looking at last year's thread, it was a standard email that went out in advance and then the calls for admits started a couple days before the official date.
Let's all take a breather and wait to stress out til next week
Same here. Interviewed and got the email. I also received an email last week from someone in Ross congratulating me on receiving the interview offer. So I think it is all part of their application process. Nothing to worry about as of now. Good luck everyone!
So a decision has been made but we cant look at it for another 10 days?

I don't know about what everyone else thinks, but Ross has been the worst application experience of any school I've applied to or am working on. The application (as in the actual system that handles your information), constant tease emails, and the ultimate "we have your decision but won't tell you for a while" are just not a good experience. It reflects poorly on the school in general.
