another question: can a recommender submit his letter of reference without answering the leadership matrix? arent there red asterix's there as required fields that will flag as empty if they click Submit?

Hi hhatrick,

I don't know the answer for that. I think your recommender should be able to answer the questions as he is the one who can play with the recommender webpage. Why he wouldn't answer the matrix?

I am not sure why GSB asks for both front and back of the transcript to be uploaded. The back side of mine is blank. It does not have a uni transcript key or anything. Any thoughts?

I think your transcript's blank back side is an exception. They probably want the back side for exactly the reasons you noted, as a few schools convert A letter grades to 4.3 instead of 4.0. All of my transcripts have a letter grade-to-gpa mapping on the back.

Well, I have all that info on the front. I ll go ahead and upload the back anyway. It does have shadows of impressions from the stamps on the front . lol Guess who just found another way to differentiate their profile from the masses. :lol:
