GMAT scores are having less influence in admissions (thankfully). OP could have a 800 GMAT score, but if their essays, work experience, and LOR didn't stand out, then I imagine adcom would think they wouldn't offer anything else in the classroom. Diversity makes any MBA program stronger.

Tepper consistently rated as one of the worst schools for diversity. Their women % is the lowest in their industry and the majority of their class is filled up with Techies. Anyways, I dont wanna debate about the Tepper adcoms approach to admissions. Hopefully, we will see some invites coming!

For R3, the deadline is 30 mins away. Quick Question : Can anyone please tell me that the recommendation needs to bw submitted before the deadline or it can be submitted after the deadline too ?

In the past, the decisions went out only on the day and not before. It looks like this time it is going to be different since a user had mentioned above that they have received a rejection

Guys, really sorry for the confusion but the rejection email was not legitimate. It was in my Spam folder and after asking a few other friends who applied to Tepper as well, I realised the email address wasn't legit either.
