You don’t email them. They clearly state that they would appreciate if you don’t drop them any emails. My supplemental material took about 2-3 weeks to reflect on the portal. It gets updated automatically
I hope they don't take 2-3 weeks now. It'll be november end already by then

I got the same email regarding ’degree conferral missing’ today and I did this. Let’s see
Got an email saying my application in complete today. So I’m guessing ~7 days is their standard reply time.

Did anyone else get the 'Degree Conferral Missing' message even after submitting your degree+transcript?
I'm wondering what the fix could be. Perhaps attaching a grading scale will help? My university doesn't provide them, but does have a document stating what a First Class degree entails.
