GMAT FE - 625 (680 GMAT old format), 4+years of experience at Amazon in operations, completed my bachelors in electrical engineering in 2020. Managed a team of 100+ blue collared and white collared employees. I have worked in female empowering initiatives in Amazon. Can somebody evaluate my profile as I haven’t received any interview call yet.

Got done w interview for R1
Wasn’t a blind interview, adcom had gone through my entire application..
Very conversational overall as she tried to make me comfortable throughout..covered below ques..
-Quick overview of your entire journey...
-What made you choose your professional path (think banking/consulting/etc.)
-TMAT you impacted/improved a team
-TMAT you faced a challenging situation w a team, how did you overcome it?
-How do you stay updated about your current industry trends, happenings?

My interview was different from the other reports I've seen, perhaps because I come from a family business.
I think all Tepper interviews are not blind and the admissions member has gone through the entire application beforehand. It was an alright experience, but get used to receiving 0 reactions throughout, they spend more time making notes and my interviewer simply asked the questions she had been given. Questions were fairly standard, but she did ask me about my role because I wear many hats in my family business.

Same. It was nothing similar to all the reports I had seen. I will say that it was pretty conversational and I lost all my nerves right from the beginning.
