There was an indian applicant who received an email suggesting that he will be evaluated later given the score wasn’t received in the right way. Pretty sure more are in that ship. Is that the case with others too?

Is this regarding the undergraduate transcripts ?

Yes that was one on the list in addition to the GMAT score
