Hi molly39, I was waitlisted with interview. They didn't ask me to interview again. I got the call about one week after I submitted my last update.

I was interviewed at the diversity event in October

Got admitted from the waitlist yesterday. I was a R3 applicant. When I found out I was on the waitlist I wrote a page long letter graciously accepting their additional consideration and then addressed two areas I knew I was weak in. First was my goals. I laid it out exactly how it should have been the first time and let them know that while I have goals in mind, I open to other areas of work when I graduate. Secondly, I emphasized some of my work experience. I'm a CPA, so I really emphasized my experience managing teams located in India, rather than the fact I know my debits and credits. Also, I let them know that if I'm offered a position, I WILL ACCEPT IT!
