Wow. I'm assuming you applied RD1. May I ask why you declined? Was it not your first choice? Did you get any reward money/fellowship? What were your stats and did you interview if you don't mind me asking?

No problem. I decided to attend MIT Sloan. I really liked UCLA, but my post-MBA goal is VC/entrepreneurship in the biotech industry, so overall, MIT Sloan was the best fit. I did get money from UCLA ($60K), and considering I didn't get anything from Sloan, declining the Anderson offer was extremely difficult. BTW, I could give you my stats, but in all honesty, stats are just checkmarks. It's really about the essays, letters, and class diversity, etc. FYI, my scores (GPA and GMAT) were above UCLA's median (3.6+ and 720+).
