Hi Guys, I am in for R2. Can anyone shed some light on the TOEFL requirement for Indian candidates who have completed a graduate degree where the medium of instruction was English. I could not decide if it is required based on the details on the website. Thanks!

This is definitely not a good news. I did not submit my TOEFL under the impression that waiver would be granted based on medium of instruction of undergrad as English. Any Indian who applied but chose to opt for waiver?
Waivers are allowed only in 2 cases: 1) You hold a Bachelor’s degree completed in residency in United States or other Anglophone country. 2) Your native language is English. So even if you have requested for a waiver, it wont hold good. You can drop them a mail and in the meanwhile you can order toefl scores. P.S- I am an indian applicant.
"If you are an international applicant, your "Confidential Statement for Financing Studies at USC" document should also be sent to the above address. Delay in the submission of any required documents may create a significant delay in the processing of your application."
Can any international applicant enlighten me on what exactly needs to be sent and when (Is it before or after admit)?

My friend checked with them. They said this is required post admit.

No interview invite yet. Looking at last years thread - folks started reporting invites on November 13th. They pushed the R1 deadline back a few days this year so my completely uneducated guess is that they will start coming out next week, but who knows.
