I think round 1 students where saying.. They got update in some other portal of USC Marshall.. Not in application portal!

I got an email asking for IELTS/ toefl score . I applied in round 2. I thought Indians were exempt if undergraduate degree is in english all 3 years

It is not a universal rule. They ask some people for such scores. Not from everyone

1. Request them to waive it. 2. Give it ASAP and send them the score. 3. Ask them to let you take English test organised by the school itself (many schools do that, ask them if they do, then you can appear for that)
